Exit procedures

Team members are

• debriefed during an exit interview
• hand over to their successor,
• receive a reference,
• have necessary health checks,
• complete all administrative and financial procedures
• receive ongoing support if required.

Loss of experience, knowledge and continuity

Lost equipment, advances written off.

Team members left with physical or mental health problems.
