Accountability
As a programme manager, you are accountable to a wide range of stakeholders.
This guide concentrates on accountability to staff which requires compliance with:
- The labour laws and customs of the country where they are employed
- The country agreement between your organisation and the host government
- National and sector wide standards and codes of conduct
- Your organisation's human resource policies and guidelines
Compliance will be judged by staff themselves but also as part of evaluations.
